With ChargeMate, if you charge 200 kWh in a month you’ll save $20 off your eligible charging sessions.
After the $10 monthly subscription fee, that’s a saving of $10.

How it works
Subscribe
Pay $10 per calendar month (incl. GST) to access discounted charging at eligible ChargeNet locations. Your first month’s fee is calculated based on the remaining days of that month.
Charge
Find an eligible ChargeNet-operated Rapid or Hyper charger using the ChargeNet app. Check the charger’s ‘About’ tab to confirm it is operated by ChargeNet NZ.
Get the discount
Once your subscription is active, you’ll receive 10c off every kWh (incl. GST) during eligible charging sessions. The discount is applied when your session ends.
Check your costs
See your discount applied on pricing shown on the location info, in your charging session and payment confirmation. When logged out or eligible for other discounts, the pricing displayed may not yet reflect your subscription discount.
How to get started

Sign in or create a ChargeNet account.
You’ll need a personal ChargeNet account with a valid payment method. (It’s ok if you use your account for commercial driving like Uber or rideshare).
If you currently use partner billing, you’ll need to unlink before subscribing.
If you’re new to ChargeNet, create an account first.
You’ll need your Account ID which you can find on your Profile in the ChargeNet app.

Hit Sign Up on this page and start the process by completing the subscription form.
Enter the email address linked to your ChargeNet account and your Account ID.

ChargeNet will review your application and process your first subscription payment within 1 working day. You’ll receive an email when your subscription is active, so you’ll know when you can start saving.
